"The entrance of thy words giveth light (Psalm 119:130)."

Do Not Fear

"Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell. Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from the will of your Father (Matthew 10:28-29 NIV).".

Many Christians live in fear. This comes naturally. No decision is necessary. Christians can sometimes be even more fearful than those who have no knowledge of God and no experience of a Savior.

Christians can be afraid of their bosses, afraid of co-workers, afraid of school bullies etc. And they miss the abundant life available to Christians because they forget that God really is in control of all their circumstances, that God is all powerful and that God really does love them.

You don't have to live in fear. All you have to do is make the decision not to. You can do this regardless of your circumstances.

Living in fear in a sin. Many Christians don't realize this. Confess and forsake this sin just like any other.

Nobody experiences adversity for failing to be afraid. On the contrary, this sin will only result in your problems becoming worse--often, much worse.

Make the decision today to not fear other people. No matter what. And, as a general rule, resolve to express your feelings as well. Without fear.

Do this and watch how your stress goes down. Don't do this and you'll still find relief from your anxiety. You'll just have to wait until you get to heaven to experience it!
